To meet our customers’ needs efficiently, we maintain a local stock of plate heat exchangers and brazed heat exchangers, ready for quick delivery. In addition to heat exchangers, we also supply DanPumps pumps for a wide range of applications. For special requests or larger orders, our factories in Denmark and China stand by to ensure a seamless supply chain and timely delivery.

Behind SonFlow Australia stands SonFlow A/S, our Danish parent company with more than 45 years of experience in plate heat exchanger design and manufacturing. This expertise underpins everything we do locally, from the products we stock to the technical advice we offer.

The SonFlow product range includes traditional, AHRI-certified®, Free Flow, sanitary, double-wall, condenser/evaporator, and brazed plate heat exchangers, all customisable to specific temperature requirements and capacities. SonFlow A/S is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer, with modern production and testing facilities in Kolding, Denmark. Every heat exchanger is engineered and tested to meet strict standards for safety, quality, and energy efficiency before it reaches our customers, including here in Australia.

Our History

SonFlow was founded in 2019, after Aage Søndergaard sold his life’s work, Sondex, to Danfoss a few years earlier. Initially, the product range included both DanPumps pumps and SonFlow plate heat exchangers. In 2023, DanPumps A/S became an independent company, now based in Haderslev, Denmark and owned by Aage Søndergaard and Dennis Hansen. 

 

Since its founding in 2019, SonFlow has expanded its global presence, establishing subsidiaries in Australia, Dubai, Germany, Italy and China.
